Free UK Delivery on Orders over £35

Standard Delivery

For orders under £35 in value we charge £3.50 for UK delivery, regardless of weight and size. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. The vast majority of orders are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail 1st Class delivery postal costs. To ensure patient safety, private prescription orders are despatched via a courier delivery service and are not eligible for free delivery.

Free UK Delivery on NHS Prescription Orders

Standard Delivery

NHS prescription orders are delivered FREE of charge within the UK. Prescription orders are despatched using registered post. We aim to despatch Prescription orders on the same working same day as we receive your physical prescription. Delivery is made using a signed for service in unmarked discreet packaging.

EUROPE

Delivery Charge £9.95

Delivery to Europe is charged at £9.95 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 3-6 days. If your order contains pharmacy medication or prescription items a £4.50 Delivery Surcharge will be added at checkout. Your order will be despatched using a signed for service. Note: Certain weight restrictions apply.

AMERICAS & REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery Charge £18

Delivery to regions outside of Europe are charged at £18 regardless of order value. Delivery is usually 5-10 days. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT (17.5%) will be deducted where applicable. If your order contains pharmacy medication or prescription items a £4.50 Delivery Surcharge will be added at checkout. Your order will be despatched using a signed for service. Note: Certain weight restrictions apply. In order to comply with UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK.

RETURNS

Should you have a need to return goods, please follow the procedure on our online returns section, or contact customer services by telephone who will be pleased to assist you. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. If the item is returned without a goods return authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

CANCELLATIONS

In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us at sales@dermacia.co.uk before returning an item to request an Returns authorisation code. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a £6 handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK. Due to FDA regulations and US Customs we cannot guarantee supply of any medicines to the US or Canada. Please read our terms and conditions.
